Air pollution

Air pollution - it is not just a problem of large cities or industrial areas, it can also occur in small towns and rural areas. In addition, the problem of air pollution is not only the external environment. To a large extent the problems relating to health and life expectancy, due to air pollution in our homes and in the workplace.

Previously, people generally believed that air pollution - is the price that the city must pay for its growth and successful development. Smoking pipe mills means providing people with jobs and jobs mean material well-being. But what if you have any wheezing in the lungs and coughing fits? Well, but everyone has a job.

Of course, today the situation is quite different. Air pollution is considered as the main threat to human health and the fact that this can not happen. Department of Environmental Protection and other government agencies in the U.S. have worked hard to influence the activity of industrial enterprises above had "glory," the main culprits of air pollution, in order to make the air cleaner and ensure the safety of all Americans.Especially effective action has the Act on Measures for cleaning the air, passed in 1970, and some of his amendments, which were obliged to industrial companies to reduce the use of soft coal and heavy oil, and set special filters at the factory chimneys in order to reduce the emission of harmful substances into the air.

However, despite these efforts, air pollution continues in various forms in both the U.S. and in other countries, and this problem is still in many ways threatens the health of all population groups.
The consequences of air pollution can lead to premature aging and reduced life expectancy. Indeed, air pollution is still regarded as one of the most serious environmental problems in the world, and rightly so.
